is an Intellectual/professional partnership and mutual benefit that is carried out free of professional payment by combining knowledge, resources and experience between the University, institutions and the community to solve key problems in the community in a sustainable manner.
Community Service
is a service rendered by the University community to communities, government institutions, business, nonprofit organizations, and society at large with the objective of solving their problems through capacity building, awareness creation and whenever necessary, often with a view to improving the quality of their lives.
Consultancy
means professional services provided by a faculty member who offer specialized knowledge, advice, and solutions to clients in various fields, often involving short - term projects or ongoing support, aimed at addressing specific challenges, improving performance, or achieving strategic goals.
Externship
Externship means when university staff are placed in industry for a specific period to acquire practical knowledge, share experience and / or identify the skills needed in the workplace.
Innovation
is an integrated activity and a technical solution to create and use new technologies, working systems, inventions and commercialization and marketing mechanisms.
Internship
is placing students at industries for a specific period so that they have practical exposure. University students are required to work in the industry as part of graduation requirements in some fields of study.This gives the students an opportunity to see real industry problems and back to the University with researchable problems.
Volunteerism
is a voluntary based community service without evaluation for curricular purposes or monetary compensation, which engages students and staff in organized activities with community partners.
